[vtkusers] Creating new vtkImageSources

[Dubois, John R (MED)]

I am trying to create a new image reader. I have looked through all the
documentation I can find in the User's Guide, on line, and in the
examples and found it all pretty much useless. Is there anywhere I can
find a "how to" guide for building my own image readers? What's the
difference between an "importer" and a "reader"?
