Are u sure executable exists in Debug directory  ?
 
Do you have VTK_DATA_ROOT variable set ?
 
One of this may be problem.

	When I run the example finance.cxx provided by kitware, it compiles and links no problem, but asks me to "Please specify the executable file"..?  and so i get no real output..
	 
	What am I supposed to be seeing here..?   I just ran the finance.dsp file that CMake created..
	 
	I wanted to see this example because I wanted to see how to use vtkUnstructuredGrid..
	 
	p.s... any suggestions on the best type of dataset to use if I wanted to plot a spectrogram of data? I have a data file consisting of a 2D array of numbers from which I will create a spectrogram.. Really, they're just a bunch of points..
