[vtkusers] Show Lines in SurfaceMode ?

Edges and surfaces are different beasties.  Try using 
the same geometry and topology to feed both a surface 
mapper and a "vtkExtractEdges" filter.  Not everyone 
wants edges, so having all the necessary overhead in 
each surface mapper would bloat the svelte Vtk. 
 
This sort of separation helps make Vtk so fast!
