[vtkusers] How to set rotation angle by setResliceAxesDirectionCosines ?

Dear all,

I am trying to rotate an image by using SetResliceAxesDirectionCosines(),
but I don't understand how to set the 9x9 matrix.
For example, if I want to rotate 25 degree around x axis, how to set it  ?
