[vtkusers] VS: ÄvtkusersÅ Examples on Segmentation

To do advanced image processing, such as segmentation, I think you should
turn to Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit (ITK,
http://www.itk.org). There are no good tools for that in VTK.
