[vtkusers] polydata - color

Thanks Malcolm,

actually I've already tried it and as a result my geometry is rendered as a 
height field with color overimposed.
What I'd like to do id to get a completely planar colored image (I am using 
a Delaunay2D but even though it performs the triangulation in 2D it keeps 
the z coordinate).
