[vtkusers] vtk install error.

Hum,

	I can't find anything in:

http://vtk.org/files/release/4.2/

	So you'll need to get it from cvs. In case you don't know how to do it:
	* go to your VTK cvs dir and do:

	$cvs up -r release-4-2-3
