[vtkusers] SkullyDoo english version, and ITK and VTK CVS compliance

Hello to all..

In the following link there is SkullyDoo english version, and also,
some minor changes in the code to survive some minor ITK changes.
Please, tell me what you think about the soft.

PD: I´m adding DICOM support, and some new segmentation methods. The
idea is to make another segmentation editor (with a different point of
view)
