Jim,

	I read that you ask for a doc update(*). But did you used the last 
version of vtkImageViewer2 ? (~2 months ago) ?

	Thanks to Charl P. Botha, I have been able to apply a patch that fix 
the problem with: "ResetCameraClippingRange()"

	Could you please report, if my patch fix your problem ? (Use 
vtkImageViewer2.cxx r1.9)
