[vtkusers] Compiling a VTK application with gcc on HP UX

Hello

I'm compiling a VTK application with gcc on HP UX and have unsatisfied
symbols by linking with libGL.sl.
So i have searched the archives and have found that Tom Lane has
implemented a wrapper to solve this problem.
He has published his wrapper in a mail attachment from 16 November 1999.
In the VTK mailing lists i have not found this attachment.
Can anybody send it to me?
