[vtkusers] Link error?

Hi-

I have finally got an application using vtk and itk to compile, but when I
try to run it I get an error "Procedure entry point could not be located"
for one of the vtk dll's. I have read some other messages and get the
impression that this has something to do with how I am linking libraries
or settings used when compiling libraries, but I have messed around with
both of these and come up with nothing. I am using MSVC++ 6 to compile and
vtk 4.2 and itk 1.2

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
