[vtkusers] Possible bug with vtkRotationalExtrusionFilter

Greetings !
I just discovered that a 360 extrusion with vtkRotationalExtrusionFilter is
never complete !!
I use this method to create cylinders from a U shaped polyline. (i.e. The
polyline isn't closed.)
The extrusion axis passing by the points at both ends of the polyline.

>From what i can tell if the polyline is closed, like if i want a cylinder
with a hole and for that i create the extrusion from a square, then the
shape is a valide solid. !!

It seams to revolve on just 369.99999991 degree instead of 360 for closing
the shape.

Thank for any clues on how to solve or go around that !
