[vtkusers] VTK and MANAGED CODE!

Hello,

(its me again.. :-) )

well, I built vtk for .NET 2003 using the new CMake, now, I added my project
to the Cmake project (my project is in Managed c++ Windows Forms project)
now, I tried compiling it all together, but kept getting an unresolved
external symbol, now I know its probably some path settings but, will vtk
work with my project?
