[vtkusers] vtk-4.2.2 installation under cygwin

Hi Vanessa,

What version of CMake are you using?
When saying (linux version) under cygwin, what does that mean? Did you
download source code?

Make sure to use the newest CMake. The current version is 1.6.7 and that
one should not have problems that you are seeing.
