[vtkusers] VTK with .NET c++

Hi Mathieu,

Almost right. The Windows-msdev-net tests VTK on Visual Studio 6 with
network paths (\\hostname\path\to\vtk). The ones that do Visual Studio 7
(.NET) tests are Windows-devenv.
