[vtkusers] compiling vtk-src-windows

Dear all:
I am trying to build vtk-src-windows on Windows 98
using VC++ 6.0. But after sveral hours of compiling, I
get the prompt message saying 'There is not enough
memory to run this program...'. Does anyone
experienced this problem and have any solution? Or
maybe this problem was discussed somewhere, any
directions to this information?
