[vtkusers] vtkBooleanStructuredPoints

Dear Mathieu,

  I read the documentation you sent to me.....  Is there now some other way 
to perform a boolean operation between "StructuredPoints" and 
"ImplicitFunction" and getting back "StructuredPoints"?
