[vtkusers] where to download vtk 4.2 source code for windows?

I haven't come here for a time, and that I couldn't find where to download the VTK 4.2 source code. There is only the source code to be downloaded for Unix platforms (at http://www.vtk.org/get-software.php). Some helps are appreciated. thanks.
