What about using vtkCutter with two (or three) suitably oriented planes
from vtkPlane?

| Subject: [vtkusers] feature edges of spheres ! |
>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Greetings !
I use vtkFeatureEdges to extract the feature edges of different
primitives...
Of course, this class can't deal with shapes that don't have extractable
angles...(i.e. sphere...)
How could i generate the outlines of a sphere ?
Ideally, it would be two circles ... one for the equator and the other one
for a main meridian.
Thanks !
