Hello everybody.

I'm proud to announce the release to OpenSource community of SkullyDoo, a 3D 
image segmentation and visualization software. 
The software is portable, implemented in C++, and uses FLTK, CMAKE, ITK, VTK 
and is based on pipeline architechture. Also, it implements a "pluggable 
filter" concept, where the filters are XML files containing TCL code (filter 
implementation).
Also, the thesis objective was to develop a new segmentation method, called 
VoxelGrow, which performed very good, and is subject of further research.
