[vtkusers] How can I get a copy with patented classes?

Dear all,

Now I need to use vtkMarchingcubes class, since it's patented class, I need 
to build my own copy. But I couldn't find the patented classes in VTK 
source.
Can someone tell me where I can get it and if there is anything special to 
do to build the copy?
