[vtkusers] how to build the relation between Tcl and vtk?

You have to add every Wrapping/Tcl/* directory into your TCLLIBPATH, such
as /path/to/vtk/Wrapping/Tcl/vtkCommon
/path/to/vtk/Wrapping/Tcl/vtkGraphics , etc
