[vtkusers] vtkImagePlaneWidget + clipping planes

This should work, depending on what kind of interaction exactly. 
However, my crystal ball is suffering from major interference today, and
therefore I cannot see how exactly you've implemented this. :)

The fastest way to get help is to reduce your problem to the smallest
possible Python/Tcl example making use of data that's included with VTK
so that people reading this list can easily reproduce it.
