 There is a vtk data set that you can download from kitware.  It has
 some medical image data -- MRI, CT, that kind of stuff.  In the
 examples dir that ships with the VTK src, there is a Medical subdir
 with examples of how to load and visualize this data.  You will need
 to set VTK_DATA_ROOT.
