[vtkusers] about SetValue in vtkMarchingCubes

Hi,all vtkusers
vtkMarchingCubes::SetValue(int i, float value)
I want to confirm whether the parameter "value" is the
real CT value in CT image.
By the way,I want to ask whether vtkVolume16Reader can
read .vtk files.
