[vtkusers] VTK and OpenGL in MFC?

Hi David,

I have tried to do something similar but I had problems with the vtk
part interfering with the openGL part. So you might have to check that
that wont happen for you. Unfortunately I haven't been able to diagnose
or fix the problem so I cant offer any more help.
