[vtkusers] How to install DCMTK?

Hi, all vtkusers
I need to convert DICOM data to the recognized data in
VTK.I know the DCMTK software package can do this
task. I download some correlative packages, but I
don't know how to install.I have seen some help files,
but I still can't success.Who can tell me install
steps clearly?Thank you!
