[vtkusers] VTK on OSX - Text overlay and Tk/Tcl binary post

The text overlay problem has been fixed. CVS update and build.

A similar problem exists for 2D actors that don't properly render into 
the overlay layer.

I don't know why the problem appears only on OSX (nor do I know why the 
text problem only appeared on OSX).

It appears to be an OpenGL level problem, since it occurred even when 
using X11 and using remote display from a linux machine.

A binary release of Tcl and Tk has been posted:
