[vtkusers] Using filters

Hi Arun,

vtkStructuredPointsToPolyDataFilter is an abstract superclass for various 
filters that take a vtkStructuredPoints as input and produce a vtkPolyData 
as output.  You're probably looking for something like 
vtkImageToPolyDataFilter (a concrete subclass of 
vtkStructuredPointsToPolyDataFilter).
