[vtkusers] Tcl widgets are missing

Hello,

I have installed VTK-4.2.1 on Solaris and wanted to try some Tcl examples. But
if I start them (see below) just the OpenGL window appears with an image and
an empty window which should contain some Tcl widgets (sliders, buttons,
etc.). What may be the reason? TCLLIBPATH is set to $VTKDIR/Wrapping/Tcl.
