[vtkusers] convert surface model to solid model

I finished the 3D modelling task of 2D medical images
by using Marching Cubes algorithm, and got an unclosed
surface model.But I in fact want to get a solid
model.So I need to do a task that convert the surface
model to the solid model,and also the surface model is
unclosed.I don't know whether the task can be finished
in VTK condition.
