[vtkusers] Smoothing a Mesh

Hello everybody,

I'm tryin to smooth a mesh resulted of a previous process segmentation of a 3D Image in ITK. The problem is that I can't smooth them with the Smooth filter or  the vtkWindowedSincPolyDataFilter. I think that the problem is the strong edges between  two slices.

Has anybody any Idea to solve this problem?.
