[vtkusers] unwanted volume cropping

Hello,

I'm able to display a volume to tiff images.  However, the volume is 
composed of only the middle portion of the images -- about 1/4 the 
size of what it should be.  I've turned off cropping to the 
VolumeRayCastMapper, but that didn't change anything.  Does anyone 
know how to create a volume of the entire image stack?  I'm using 
vtk4.0 on WindowsXP.
