[vtkusers] tcl 8.4

Dear VTK developers,

Just i upgrade my tcl/tk to 8.4, the version from ActiveState.. Now 
i'm having problems with my vtk4.2.. The binary requires tcl8.3 that 
is not longer in my machine.

How I can run the vtk4.2 with tcl8.4?
