[vtkusers] Build completed on OS X, but examples trouble

Yes, they're dynamic. I'm using a prebuilt Python2.2 and Tcl/Tk8.4 for OS X
Frameworks. Both are dynamic libraries.

VTK built against them with no trouble as well.
