[vtkusers] Help on Building Cells

Hi everyone,

i've got a polydata model from which i extracted the points. Now I need to 
take this points and regroup them into cells and put this cells back into 
the model. How can i do this????
I also need to know the  neighbor cells of each cell, so if i interact with 
a specific poit inside a cell, this can affect all the points in that cell, 
but also the points in the neighbor cells.
Can someone tell me how to do this to???
