[vtkusers] vtk with RH 9.0..

Works fine for me on what appears to be the same setup as yours. I
grabbed rpm's of a CVS snapshot for 10th July 2003 (obtained from
http://creatis-www.insa-lyon.fr/vtk/ which appears to be down just at
the moment). If your snapshot is different, I can send you the ones I
have which work for me.
