[vtkusers] Suggestion about "Speed Scalars"

Hi there,

this is not a question, nor a bug report, just a suggestion. When looking on
a gradient from red to blue, most people associate red with "much" (e.g.
high temperature) not blue.
The method vtk:Streamer::SpeedScalarsOn generates scalars that match the
speed, but the mapping is red->low speed and blue->high speed. I think this
is slightly irritating and should be changed to blue->low speed and
red->high speed.

Do you agree?
