[vtkusers] representing 3D data

Hi ,
I have got a data set f the following structure and would like to create 
a 3D surface representation.

   The data represents readings taking at the four respective depths at 
5 minutes intervals (time)
    Can anyone help assist re: what the best way to represent this will be.
