[vtkusers] Choose pixel format error with windows

I had the same problem trying to get VTK to work in a QT window. Are you
sure you have full OpenGL support? I had to upgrade my PC before using
VTK because the BIOS of my nVidia was outdated.

Hello,

I have the following problem :
I develop an application with Java and VTK (nightly release from 21 May 
2003) under Windows XP and Linux.
With Linux everything is working fine, but with Windows, i have 
sometimes an error window saying "ChoosePixelFormat failed" when i try 
to launch the application.
I try with vtk dll compiled in Debug and Relase mode. Both configuration

have the same problem.
