Dear All,

I sent an email to this list a few days ago, concerning problems getting 
vtkScalarBarActor to work. I'm trying to add a scale bar to my CFD 
postprocessing code : when I do, the code core dumps when I try to run it. I'm 
rather stuck here and am scratching my head on this. So, some questions :

1. I am using VTK interfaced with qt using the vtkQGL software developed by 
Erhardt, which appears no longer to be available on the net. Does anyone know 
what happened to this software?

2. vtkScalarBarActor relies on overlays to work. Is it possible that these are 
non-functioning in my implementation? I tried adding a caption to the code and 
got similar problems, which is what makes me ask this question.

3. Is it possible that vtkQGL does not support overlays? If so, do any of the 
other solutions interfacing vtk and Qt support them?
