[vtkusers] Offscreen Rendering

Hello Surajit and Janna,

You need to build VTK against Mesa.  Please have a look at 
Examples/MangledMesa/README.txt.  But, personally I've never even 
attempted this on OS X.  I've never looked into the availability of Mesa 
for OS X!
