[vtkusers] Identifying cells which fall within the specified bound

Hello,
	Is it possible to get all the cells of a polydata  which lie with in the
specified bounds?. To be precise, I will define a bound on the polydata
object. Now I want to get all the cells which fall within this bound. Any
suggestion will be of great help.
