[vtkusers] Installing VTK in SGI Octane 2

I am trying to install vtk40 on an SGI Octane2

1) I have install cmake and configured it and all is well ...

2) cmake interactive works to a point ...

3) still seem to find that I have the following errors:

I 've tried entering the requested -v tag at various point in th cmake
I have been through all the CMakeList/Cache/.cmake file trying
to get a direct patch ...

I know it's a simple thing I'm missing (some environment var maybe)

Any help whould be great
