[vtkusers] Python Examples

Thank you to everyone who helped with answers to my Python issues.  
I finally rebuilt from sources to get a working Windows version
with the Python interfaces I required.

I am interested in using/building VTK for cygwin/X (not native 
Windows).  Has anyone made any progress with this configuration?
