[vtkusers] Displaying grids as surfaces !

Hi !

How can i display as solid each of the grid datasets ? (Unstructured,
structured, rectilinear...)

An example for one of them would be enough i suppose.

Taking, for instance, the examples files SGrid.cxx or RGrid.cxx provided
with the VTK source... How to display those structures's cells ? (Voxels for
RGrid and Hex for StructuredGrid)
