[vtkusers] cmake error: SET_TARGET_PROPERTIES

This is a bug in the cmakelist.txt file.    I have checked in a fix.
However, you will need cmake 1.6 to build with shared libraries on Mac OSX.
If you want to build static CMake 1.4 should work.   CMake 1.6 is currently in
beta and can be downloaded from www.cmake.org.
