[vtkusers] units used in VTK co-ordinate system

Actually, the units are of your choice. In fact, there are no "units" really. You are repsonsible in
you App to keeo the "units" consistent.

In medical imaging apps, our units are usually mm's. But recently, I did an app with somw satellite
folks and the units were kilometers.

My understanding of vtk measurement units is everything in in millimeters 
but keep in mind that it also depends on the measurement units of the data 
you provide to vtk. i.e., pixels --> pixels
