[vtkusers] VTK Textbook 3rd Edition, VTK User's Guide 4.2, VT K 4.2 Beta

In the last Windows binary distributions Tcl support was released as a separate installation file (VTKCore & VTKTcl). What is the rule for this VTK 4.2?

Windows binary distribution seems to be missing Java classes. There are
Java related DLLs (like vtkCommonJava.dll) but vtk.jar is missing.
