[vtkusers] assigning char string data to each cell of a vtkPolyData

hello,

here is a common issue : assigning char string data to each 
cell of a vtkPolyData.

I assume answer lies in the archives, but I did not manage
to find some interesting posts about strings, or vtkchararray.

I only found how to assign a char string to the whole 
polydata.
